1Valedictorian Class of 2021

The valedictorian speaks on behalf of the graduating class at the graduation ceremony.

Criteria:
The valedictorian is a well-rounded individual who has:
       ·high academic standing
       ·been involved in student life at St. Mark through various activities
             (ie. athletics, clubs, social justice groups, drama, yearbook, music, Student Council, Peer Helping, and
                 other leadership activities.)
       ·been a positive role model for students at St. Mark, exemplifying the Catholic Graduate Expectations

Procedure:
To nominate someone (or yourself) for valedictorian,
      1. Complete a nomination form
              (available via the link below)
      2. Return the completed form via email by the end of the day on the due date  
               (heather.nimmo@ocsb.ca)

                  LATE FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

     3. From the list of nominees, 3-5 candidates will be selected to speak at the Grad Assembly in the spring. 
             Candidates who are selected to speak at the assembly will be notified by the week before the assembly.   
             Graduates will vote to select the valedictorian following the speeches.
             The winner will be announced at the end of the day.
